She has been practicing immigration law since 2012. She spent six years working at a small immigration firm prior to starting her own practice.
Ms. Tohidi has appeared before the U.S. Immigration Courts, USCIS, and other immigration administrative agencies across the United States. She primarily focuses on family based immigration and detained and non-detained removal defense before the U.S. Immigration Courts.
She particularly enjoys working on waivers of inadmissibility and complex naturalization cases. As an immigrant and naturalized U.S. Citizen, Ms. Tohidi believes and understands that family unity is the cornerstone of our immigration system and works hard to ensure that families can stay together in the United States.
